It is currently 2020. Look what has happened as a result of humans! Australia is ablaze! The number of endangered species has increased to 41,416! You know how enormous that number is—it's a huge number! People believe that climate change does not exist. People believe things only when they cause problems. If every country is on fire, perhaps people will believe in climate change. Australia is on fire, and if we don't put it out, something bad will happen. It doesn't even have to be something major, like not driving for Pete's sake! Do you wish to perish? Please accept my invitation! But don't come to me wailing when the world burns because you didn't care.
Although I am a conservative, I think that we must work together to safeguard our planet from global warming and pollution. But I believe the government should keep out of it because it is incompetent and restricting. I wish more conservatives understood this rather than proclaiming, "Global warming is a hoax, you guys!" with no facts to back them up. TL; DR: We need to reduce global warming and pollution, but not by government mandates.
Okay, everything on this list deserves to be here, but climate change is the worst in terms of an all-encompassing, long-term concern that has the potential to destroy the entire human race. Poverty, drug abuse, and war are all destructive to individuals, families, and nations, but the world as we know it may come to an end. Climate change will not kill us all soon, but our successors will hate the fact that we did nothing.
The Earth should not be too hot since that would be like living in a desert with frequent droughts, nor should it be too cold because it would be like living in Antarctica with much too much ice.
