Choosing whether to work for a small or large bus. organisation.

There is absolutely no exact answers to this but it is absolutely an individual's choice to choose whether he or she should work for a large-scale business organisation or for a small scale business organisation and in as much as it is true that an individual working for a large-scale business organisation might and reasonable amount of money as salary than compared to an individual working for a small scale business organisation but hopefully this is not necessarily the case in most situations and conditions.

The truth is that not all large-scale business organisation are doing well financially because there are some larger-scale business organisations who are facing larger-scale problems however I find it hard to compensate their employees and workers in the best possible way in which they should be compensated which is reasonably and comfortably.

As a job seeker or job applicants contemplating whether to receive a job offer from either a large-scale business organisation or from a small-scale business organisation, it is highly necessary and important that you do your research as well as you do your findings, to deep down into the business organisational culture in other to make sure that your comfortability and satisfaction is guaranteed once you become an employee or once you are recruited as a worker in such business organisation whether large or small.

I personally feel that working for a large ethical company is better than smaller businesses, because small businesses are not professionally run. In small companies ego problems can destroy the career of a person. In contrast, some of the largest companies have excellent systems in place, so employees get all their dues like gratuity, provident fund when they leave, while small companies may not pay. Also working for a large company improves the career prospects of a person to a great extent and salaries are paid on time.
