One of the condition that usually leads to the situation where business managers and employers are caught up with the decision whether to retain or terminate an organizational employee or worker is when the employee exhibits and reflect unethical behaviours and illicit attitudes in the business organisation. Questionable attitudes of business employees can influence and affect the behaviours and attitudes of other co-employees and co-workers. Organisational managers and owners should seat tight folding their arms while a particular business employee or worker exhibits questionable attitudes and behaviours, rather they should make it more clear and transparent that exhibiting illicit behaviours in the business organisation should be exempted from all responsibilities and duties of all business workers and employees.
No doubt sometimes an employee or worker could be so good and important to the business organisation up to the extent his or her exhibiting of illicit and questionable behaviours or attitudes may not be enough reasons for him or her to be handed either a suspension or sack letter. But what shall it profit a company or business organisation to inhabit a toxic and illicit behaving employee thereby putting all other co-employees and co-workers in the chance of being negativity influenced and affected by this one employee. In conclusion, business superiors and employers should take a firm strict and decisive action when there is an abnormal change in employee's behaviours and attitudes.
