change the ice cream business according to season

Any common consumer item, such as salt, bread, and so on, can run in different seasons. But something like ice cream is seasonal; you have to change it according to the season.

Let's say you start an ice-cream parlor; it might become a good business during the hot summer. But, as the weather changes, its demand will also reduce, and if you have not kept a substitute, then you will have to bear the loss during the winter.
Since ice cream is made from cream or milk, you have to focus on other milk or cream products in the winter instead, for example, butter, ghee, paneer, cheese, etc. They are in great demand in many areas and are also exportable.

Following that, if you want to return to the ice-cream business when summer returns but you find that your income from the cream and milk product is good, you can establish that as well.
