There are so many challenges an individual can obviously face in his or her career venture and it is absolutely necessary and important that he or she was aware of these challenges and problems in order to be able to provide solutions to them when they possibly arises. First and foremost an individual is more likely to feel stressed or to feel some sort of burnout in his or her career job and that could possibly be resulted as a result of carrying out many amount of workloads in a particular day or in a particular week in his or her workplace.

Secondly an individual is more likely to face challenges from co-employees such as bullying and discrimination. Possible steps to face this is by reporting the issue to your employer or manager and from there he or she can listen to what you have to say and can possibly make various changes to the situation so that you could be more at ease and more peaceful in performing your roles and duties in the business organisation.

Based on the context of job and career as it is possibly true that majority of individuals are not able to feel satisfaction and comfortable in their various career and job ventures, and this is possibly due to some negativities in which they find around their career and job venture which absolutely limit their chances of feeling satisfied and to feel comfortable. To be more clear and elaborate on individual may feel discrimination and tribalism in his or her workplace from co-employees and from co-workers. The individual may also feel the problem of huge workloads which can absolutely subject him or her to stress fatigue and even burn out.

Possible steps that he or she can take to fix such a situation is by discussing the matter with his or her employer or manager and from their specials clarification can be made by the manager in order to improve the employee satisfaction and comfortably especially if the employee is a highly skilled one that need to be retained by the business owner or employer.
