@Augusta most of employers nowadays does not invest in work security by knowing if an employee get affected during work especially the big majority of them does not have any paper of contract and just get salaries in hand, this problem will be occured only if employer has some kind of legal contract and also pays for CNSS or security liability or something like that but most of them avoid this to not pay extra VAT for employing someone.
