One of the most challenging parts of owning a recruitment agency is the remuneration of the workers you send out to work for other organizations. Some organizations may not be responsible enough to know that owing a staff salary/ wages is inappropriate. And when it happens like that, the recruitment agency feels the heat of the unpaid salaries. If there is a legal battle on this, it is the recruitment agency that is faulted. Another challenge is the attitude portrayed by the workers you send to work in different organizations. If anything they do wrong, the recruitment agency takes the blame for it.
