An individual student is more readily to say that the only problem that small-scale businesses faces are only lack of funds . Although lack of funds and financial facilitation could be a problem faced buy small scale businesses but yet that is not entirely the only problem the face but rather they are all the problems that small-scale businesses face possibly during the management of the business and also in the initial establishment of the small-scale business . The problem of lack of time it's absolutely one of the major problem faced by small businesses today and the reason is because some small scale businesses our own and controlled or managed by one individual which is possibly known as the sole proprietor , inasmuch as a sole proprietor enjoys the profits of the business, he or she also bears the losses as well . And in the process of making the business move smoothly he or she must definitely make out time for business transaction documentation , restocking of inventories , and possibly transferring of business funds to banks . And most of the time the sole proprietor maybe so occupied with enough customers and clients which totally he or she cannot handle alone .

Second major problem faced by small-scale businesses today is "ineffectiveness web presence" . It is totally mandatory that every business organisation whether large-scale or small-scale make use of the internet to promote traffic for it goods and services but sometimes small scale businesses cannot afford the use of the internet to promote its products and services due to how expensive creating a website or even renting a website is these days .

Small businesses may come with so many benefits like enjoying profits alone, ability to be set up at home, running it on your own and being your own boss. But it also comes with it's demerits just like any other thing that has its positives.

One of those demerits is that running it alone can make the business owner to be really fatigued. You never get time to rest and you have to come in each and every day if you want to earn something.

Also, you will be in so much trouble when you make losses because you don't have anyone to share risks with. So you 2ill suffer through it alone.

Thirdly, you will have to pay taxes just like any other business. That can make you make losses since the taxes can take up so much of your profits.

Lastly, as a small fish in the pond, a small business faces huge competition with bigger companies. You will have to really know who your customers are so as to set it up where they can access it.

No doubt there are so many benefits and merits of actually running a small business and one of the possible benefits of running a small business is that you would be able to track your business earnings and your business profit without feeling complicated of knowing whether your business is actually making profit or possibly running on a loss . Most importantly small businesses are usually run and managed by one individual possibly known as the sole proprietor and he or she enjoys the business profit and business groups incentives .

We cannot neglect the demerits and disadvantage that comes with managing a small business and one of the major demerits or disadvantage of a small business is basically the lack of funds to facilitate business activities and practices . Another fact is that small business based on the fact that they are managed by one individual totally may become stressful and unable for the individual to handle . Small businesses also may face environmental threats and I usually target for Invaders .
