It is always very congratulated and commended when employees exhibits and reflect ethical behaviours which totally is admired and suitable for them to understand and also to accomplish expected business goals and objectives. But even with that, we cannot neglect the many majority of employees who still exhibit unethical behaviours and attitude in their places of work which somehow could be a threat to other employees working in the same environment, some of this on ethical behaviour and attitude exhibited by most employees include bullying, arrogance, lying, dishonesty, overconfidence, unaccountability, and insulting etc . Business employers and superiors shouldn't be dumbfounded and unresponsive when they notice that a particular employee is acting illicitly and abnormally, far from the way a good business or organizational employee or worker should act and behave .
