Career destroyed by hatred of powerful college classmates

Some very powerful government employees hate their female classmate from a top engineering college in india, and wanted to destroy her life. So for the last ten years they are not allowing her to get any paid work in india and even elsewhere if possible, to cause great losses and to force her to agree to resume and identity theft. They are also criminally defaming her and falsely claiming that all her savings, assets, bank account belong to them, when they have never helped her in any way or even contacted her. Due to the lack of professionalism in government agencies, these government employees are allowed to waste taxpayer money stalking, defaming and harassing their female classmate for the last 11 years, just because they hate her.
Are powerful government employees allowed to waste taxpayer money for destroying the life of their college classmates in your country?

I've not heard of any case of something related to that here, because over here the government may not really be interested to destroy a career of an individual but it is always by the village People. But even when this is happening don't you think it will be the best for this to be reported to the appropriate authorities to handle it better ?

Contacting the government agencies does not help because they blindly believe in all the lies of their well paid employees working in intelligence and security agencies. Additionally these employees are very cunning, they have destroyed the reputation of their classmate making fake allegations of cheating, money laundering without proof, circulating manipulated defamatory videos, so that no one believes her, though she is telling the truth.

This is not so in my country or not that common. It is wrong for any one to be antagonizing another person's success based on mere jealousy or even for any reason. But the fact is that the victim in question can seek remedy from the law enforcement agent before it gets too late.

btaliat, you are fortunate that the government agencies in your country are professional. The law enforcement agencies in india do not entertain complaints against intelligence and security agencies so it is very difficult for the victim to get any help. The mainstream media, political parties also refuses to help the victim fight abuse of power by government agencies.
