I believe internet provides a lot of work opportunities and working online can help tackle unemployment issues. While getting started might be tough, with determination, anyone can earn money. The key is having the skills to work online. However, in many countries, especially in developing nations, there's a hurdle: the high cost of internet access. For many, the only option is expensive mobile data. Spending a lot on data means you might end up making very little. If the cost of internet is high, you need to focus on working on high paying tasks so that you do not waste money on internet.

It depends on the job you are doing with the Internet. If it is internet mining software or click-on ads, indeed, it doesn't cover the cost of the internet. If it is freelancing staff like a real project to a client and getting paid, then we talk about unemployment resolution. Yes,i believe internet has the potential to cure unemployment. As it does offers or provides a lot of work opportunities for people to work online and this has helped in a large extent tackled unemployment issues.
