A student is only limited by their imagination. College is a time for exploring and creating new opportunities, so it's not surprising that many of the world's most successful CEOs started their own company while in college. From the founder of Facebook to the person who made the first fortune from eBay, these entrepreneurs all had one thing in common: they created or discovered something that others wanted and took a risk to turn it into reality.

That being said, starting a business can be difficult — not just while you are in college, but anytime you start something new. These entrepreneurs spent a lot of time, effort, and money to get their companies off the ground — and there are things you can do to increase your chances of success.

One of the most common misconceptions is that students don't have the creativity or business skills to start a business. However, creativity and business skills are not mutually exclusive . You can be creative, but still learn how to apply your business knowledge (like this guy , for example) . You can also be creative and develop great business skills at the same time. The key is to keep developing throughout life.

There are 2 basic paths for creating new businesses: start from scratch or find an already successful company and work with them as a consultant or joint venture partner.

Yes a student can start a business while in college, starting a business is not something that is easy, it requires time and dedication. Yes alot of people who has companies, today started from college but also with the support of their family members. There are so many business you can start while in college. Hair dressing for example. You can use school days off to do your business or after school hours,it stops nothing.

Carpentry and painting is also a business a college student can start with. They are good businesses that with time you would see the results of your hard work. You can easily continue such business after college and become a pro on it.

Some students choose to be idle or choose to attend parties, visit and play with friends while their time is wasting away instead of trying to be creative,they can even try to save from their little business for a better future while in college.
