In a business organisation the relationship between a business owner with his customers or clients is not the only kind of relationship that exist in a particular business because they also exist an employer to employee relationship which is very vital to improve business productivity and essentiality . For a particular business organisation to survive and reach higher heights the employers to employees relationship must be strengthened and build with firm and strong foundation and not having the potential to collapse anytime soon . Employees play a very important role in the success determination of a particular business and when a particular employee or when employee is in a whole do not perform the role very well or unmotivatedly this brings negative and bad effects repercussions and result to the business .

As a business owner or the business manager of a particular business organisation or commercial Enterprise , you must endeavour to give your employees and workers the privilege and initiative to share their choices and idea about a particular business decision or action in which you as a business owner intend to carry out because in most prominent cases the employees decision and idea actually turns out to be positive and saves the day . As a business on a human be fully aware that your employees are definitely part of your business organisation and their decisions , ideas , and choices really counts .

you are definitely and absolutely right when you mentioned that there are two relationship that exist in a particular business organisation first of all the relationship between a business owner and his or her clients or customers and business owner or an employer and his employees , workers , or staffs . Not every business owner or employer today see the reason to build the relationship between them and their employees but then must make sure to understand that their employees arein the business organisation so as to boost productivity and when you don't strengthen and build strong relationship with them there are forced to have a bad and vague reputation and view toward you as the employer or manager .

Business owners and employees who own and control huge business organisations and other commercial outlets and Enterprises should always understand that their employees , workers , and staffs are absolutely part of their business and they totally play a very important role in determining the business productivity and success rate , that is why a business owner is advised and encouraged to always allowed his employees share their ideas , choices , and decisions about what they see right or wrong in the business organisation because in most prominent cases their ideas may lead to something good and rewarding in the business organisation .

We know that providing the best possible working conditions for our employees is a critical part of their overall experience and we want them to know that we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure that they get exactly what they need from us.

We should develop a programs that help us communicate with each other, as well as with our employees, so that we can work together on improving all aspects of our operations.

This includes helping us understand how our employees feel about their jobs, what they like best or least about them, and how they'd like to see things change. This helps us identify areas where we can make improvements so that everyone benefits from those changes.

This is what employers nerd to know and try to implement. You would fare better when you are able to create the right bond or working relationship with your staff. Workers are humans with emotions and if you treat them right you would get it right too.

It is good to find out why or what is bothering them if productivity is low. same with correcting them with care and getting feedback too from them. You can get their support if you are able to create a good rapport with them. Everything isn't about witch hunting. Be little kind to build a good foundation with your staff.
