For those that have big belly they should try to eat their food slowly for easy digestion because when they eat fast the food will digest in the wrong place.for those that have big belly they should also always try to stop the drinking of alcohol because it's one of the main reasons of big belly.also do a lot of exercise it helps to stop big belly
 
The doctor in our family is cautioning us to avoid having a big belly because it may cause heart problems. The usual cause of a big belly is drinking beer or other alcoholic drinks. The method or the style of drinking adds to the problem. You sit down for hours in a drinking session with friends that contribute to a lively discussion. The drinking and eating while sitting can give your belly a boost. Sitting for long hours is not really good for the belly so you should avoid that especially if you have a sedentary job in the office that you get to be sitting down for the whole day.

The best way to avoid the big belly is physical movement. Walk or do something every hour so that you can give your body a way to burn fats. You can do that in a natural way and even when you are at home relaxing. Do some house chores and limit the time of your eating. When you are watching tv do not eat like what you do in the theater. If you will eat then you have to compensate that with movements like you have to walk half a kilometer.
 
The problem first is for women after pregnancy because you will have increased weight after each baby you born in this life. For men is to avoid stress by eating more than usual with less practicing sports which is something not appreciable. So we have to regulate our manner of eating with a nutritionist and make diet.
