So many individuals are out there not managing and operating the business that belongs to them however there are being employed as employees and workers to work on behalf of an individual who pays them monthly or yearly salary. How about majority of these individuals are not going to work for some other individuals for the rest of their lives as majority of them and looking for other ways to establish businesses of their own in which they will have to manage and operate for themselves and by themselves. There are so many benefits that an individual can incur when he or she sees the benefits of establishing a business for him or herself. However one of the possible reason majority of people first of all have to work under another before actually establishing a business of their own is because they want to have the requisite training and experience of what it requires to establish and manage a business.

Another common benefits people enjoy when establishing a business for themselves, is that they become their own boss and also they have the freedom to act and to do whatever they want to do with that suits themselves and the business. On the other hand having to work for another person restricts you under a body of rules and regulations,

Freedom from routine, control, and independence.
Your clients, not your employers, are the businesses or people you work for. They can specify what outcomes are expected of you as a customer, but they do not control your job. If you want to get more work, positive referrals, or better pricing, you must, of course, satisfy your customers. However, you are your own boss and can select the time, place, and method of your employment.

Financial gains
A company could become incredibly profitable. Due to the absence of the costly, long-term responsibilities associated with permanent employees, such as benefits, unemployment insurance, and pensions, businesses are ready to pay independent contractors more. Independent contractors have the option to write off company expenses against their taxes, which could result in a rise in their net pay.
