Water has a lot of benefits that it does to the body like:
1) it forms saliva and mucus in which saliva help us to digest our food and also helps to keep our mouth, eyes , nose moist and also drinking water helps to keep the mouth to be clean it can also help to reduce the risk of having tooth decay.

2) water helps to boost the skin health and also the beauty because with dehydration the skin can be able to be more vulnerable to skin disorders and also premature wrinkling.

3) water helps to cushion the brain spinal cord and other sensitive tissues because the hydration affect the brain structure and function it is involved in the production of neurotransmitters and hormones so prolong the hydration can lead to some problems with thinking and reasoning.

4) water are also helps to regulate our body temperature because it is stored in the middle layers of the kidney as sweat when the body heat ups, so having a lot of water in the body can help us to reduce physical strain.

5) it also helps to flush body waste and also help to maintain our blood pressure, it makes minerals and nutrients to be accessible and prevent kidney damage.
