In all of our kitchens, black pepper is always available. Apart from enhancing the taste of a food, black pepper has been used as a medicine since time immemorial. But like black peppers, white, green, and red peppers are also used in many foods.

All of them are also beneficial in terms of health. The white pepper is small in size and is soaked in water after being cut from the plant. Soaking in water helps to remove the thin shell easily.

White peppers are slightly spicier than black peppers. White pepper powder is used in various dishes. Mainly pasta, and lightly coloured gravy uses white pepper powder instead of black pepper. White pepper is good for heart health and is also beneficial for diabetics.
