And in addition to what you already stated, Oranges is one of the most common fruits around the world, and it is loved by almost everybody (if not all). There are multitudinous benefits of orange to human health, orange benefit human body immensely because they are natural sources of vitamins and minerals. These Vitamin and minerals are essential for the proper functioning of the body system. Oranges are said to be rich in dietary fiber, they also helps human body in improving the functioning of their digestive system.

They are good source of vitamin C, they contain citric acid. Which maintain water balance and keep human skin and body hydrated. Oranges are also good source of minerals and antioxidant. Orange is also said to contain folate which is a good source of vitamin B.

Orange generally, is usually a sweet fruit that can be found anywhere in the world, it is easily digestible, highly nutritional and has multitudinous benefits to human health. The presence of antioxidants in orange is said to be reducing inflammation in human body and for preventing diseases.
