Being a successful Fashion Designer-Learned Skill or Talent?

I've been thinking about the fashion design industry lately and was wondering what the community thinks. Is fashion design more of a talent or a result of training?
On one hand, some argue that fashion design is a natural talent - that certain individuals are simply born with an innate sense of style and creativity. This is true though. Some individuals possess an innate sense of style and creativity, making them uniquely suited for a career as a fashion designer. Their natural talent and passion for fashion can lead to innovative and successful designs.

On the other hand, others argue that fashion design is a learned skill, acquired through training and education. Fashion design requires knowledge of fabrics, textiles, construction, and market trends, all of which are learned skills that can be acquired through education and experience.
Personally, I believe that both talent and training play a role in becoming a successful fashion designer. I think the two factors have to interplay to make a good fashion designer. Talent and acquired skill.
However, I'm curious to hear what others think. What do you believe? Is fashion design more of a talent or a result of training? And why do you believe that?

Regardless, fashion design is a profession that demands both skill and training to succeed, and the person must eventually determine which is more essential. Fashion industry has been a phenomenal growth field for many professionals nowadays.
