Business employers and superior shouldn't fold their hands watching a particular business employee or worker exhibiting illicit and questionable behaviour is in the business environment. Business organisation is absolutely a place where business goals and objectives are accomplished and that is absolutely the main focus every business employee and worker should have in mind and so exhibiting illicit and questionable behaviours should definitely not be part of a business employee and in fact if a particular business employee or worker exhibit behaviours like this he or she should be definitely come out and reprimanded or possibly terminated for his wrong actions.
