The second COVID wave is upon us.

That means it's time to get serious about your diet and make sure you're doing everything you can to stay healthy and safe.

Here are some mistakes to avoid:

1. Not drinking enough water:-

Your body will begin to malfunction and dehydrate if you don't drink enough water. This can cause dizziness, headaches, confusion, weakness and more. In order to avoid issues with your body closing down over the winter, it's crucial to stay hydrated!

2. Not eating enough fruits and veggies daily :-

Vitamins A, B6, and C, that are crucial for optimum health, are found in fruits and vegetables.They also contain fiber which helps fight off cancer cells in our bodies! So if you want to stay healthy this winter then make sure you eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day!

3. Eating too much sugar or processed foods :-

During these cold months can raise your risk of getting sick with a virus called COVID-19 (also known as pandemic influenza). The best way to avoid getting sick is by not eating any food items containing high amounts of sugar throughout the entire month of December until January 31st.
