Avalanche or Snowball? That's the question.

If you've never used either method, then you may be wondering which one is best for your business. The truth is. it depends on your goals, your budget, and how much time you have available to learn new skills.

Let's take a look at both methods in more detail so that you can decide which one works best for you!

There are two methods of buying a house: the avalanche method and the snowball method. The avalanche method is more likely to lead to success, but it's also more time-consuming, expensive and potentially risky. The snowball method is quicker but may not result in as much money as buying through an agent.

The avalanche method involves putting down a big deposit on a house, then working with an agent to find out what other properties around that area are selling for and seeing if they match up with your budget. If you can't afford all of them or want something different than what's available in your area, you'll have to go back to square one and start over again.

The snowball method involves getting pre-approved by lenders so that they are sure they will approve your loan before closing on the house. This means that there won't be any surprises when it comes time for closing and there won't be any fees associated with getting pre-approved!
