An individual is more likely to say that job interview is not necessary since an individual or job seeker has already spent his or her time and energy going to college of educations and other tertiary institution openings , in order to gain requisite skill , idea , training , and experiences about a particular job or career and so because of this there is absolutely no need for job interviews . We must not forget that giving job interviews our CV and credentials are always presented to the employer for assessments and further analysation , the interview is also being followed by a series of questions and answers asked to and fro from the employer to the job seeker and from your job seeker to the employer . The reason why job interview is important is because it is best important to here what the job seeker has to say , and his or her intentions if he or she was eventually employed . Nowadays employers look beyond a job applicant or seeker CV , they only ask series of questions which sometimes may not be referred to mere questions but rather practical questions which absolutely for totally need practical and critical thinking .

Without job interviews the intention of employing the best set of business employees and workers cannot be achieved because you need to interact with your job applicants to rate their creativity , ability , agility and readability in handling business goals and objectives and seeing them being achieved as expected and planned .

Whether you like it or not organisational and business interview and so much important in a business because it without doing this you won't be able to employ or recruit the best set of employees , workers , and staff. Job interviews can only be carried out perfectly based on the way the organisation definitely conduct it and based on the way they job seeker or applicant totally prepared to Ward it . In order to be effective when seeking a job you need to prepare your mind and also prepare your credentials and if you have an experience in the type of job or career you intend to seek for then there is every possibility that's the job could be yours .

Finally you should also be prepared for any external questions that the employer could possibly ask you and you should read in your mind to answer the question practical and critically so that the employer can be convinced that you are the one suitable for the job opportunity .
