when you engage in exercise between LP to prevent excess weight gain which will make you to maintain your weight because engaging in physical activities help me to burn calories and the more intense the activity the more calories you burn that is why going four regular chips to the dreams are always guilty but why because of time you can just go for jogging or walking for some minutes everyday.exercise also helps to combat diseases and conditions by preventing you from developing high blood pressure a disease because you won't have high cholesterol in the body those who have high cholesterol in the body have a higher risk of developing diseases so regular exercise will help you to prevent any heart problem or disease and even including depression, stroke and some kinds of cancerwhen you engage in exercise to help to boost your energy and also improve your mood because it will deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues which make your cardiovascular system to work more efficiently and also when your heart and lung health improves is also make it to have more energy to tackle there any daily task so we should try to engage in exercise regularly
 
Exercise give the body enough energy.it makes the body energetic and very powerful.it also helps the body to reduce weight such that when you exercise yoy loose fats in the body
 
exercise helps us to be fit and healthy most especially for those that are trying to lose weight the best option containers by engaging in exercise because it will help you to burn the cholesterol in the body which will make you to be fit and also exercise helps us to strengthen our bones and also helps to boost our immune system and also for those that are trying to build up their muscle by engaging in exercise it will help them to build it much faster exercise has a lot of benefit that it does to the body that makes us to be healthy
 
Exercise do a lot good s to our body apart from it we make us keep fit, it we also free us from diseases ,like reduce too much fat in the and obesity , exercise we make us maintain our body ,that is why some people always do exercise in every weekend like Saturday
 
Even when I was in secondary school our teacher will always mention a lot of function exercise can do to the body and this include that it help in blood circulation, according to the teacher they said it is very important for the heart and and as it keep the heart in a good condition.. it also help to strengthen the bones and give energy to the cells of the body.. it is important that we engage in exercise at least twice a week to keep our body in good condition.. without exercise the body will also be in problem also
