I would like to share you a mouth watering peanut butter cream bars recipe which may be add a great combination for your diet.

Ingredients :
1) 8 oz cream cheese (softened).
2) ¾ cup chocolate (sugar free).
3) ¼ cup peanut butter.
4) ¼ cup whipping cream.
5) ¼ cup erythritol (powder).
6) 2 tsp coconut oil.
7) 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions :

1) In a large bowl add all cream cheese, whipping cream and erythritol together and mix well.
2) Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
3) Melt chocolate and stir in coconut oil.
4) Place creamy peanut butter mixture into a flat baking tray; top with chocolate mixture and place in the fridge for an hour.
