6 Points Diabetics should follow

Only diabetics should avoid the sweet items. People without diabetes can eat sweets, but in moderation. If you are struck with diabetes, what to do? In addition to following the steps I enumerated in one of my previous thread, you should also observe the following six points in your own interest.

1. You should regularly take the medicines prescribed by the doctor and should never skip the same on any occasion.

2. Going for a brisk walking for thirty to forty minutes in the morning and evening.

3. Wear soft sandals.

4. Test the functioning of all your organs.

5. Do not forget to take the medicines prescribed by the doctor.

6. You should always keep your mind happy and calm.

You need not be afraid of diabetes, if you follow these points. On the contrary, ignorance can only put your life at risk. If you live with precaution, you will not be affected by this disease.

As long as you go for Medical check up and follow all the precautions you will be able to cure diabetes faster

Those with diabetes should always make sure they go for medical check-up regularly so as to know their state of health and then should also watch what they consume

Diabetic people are now increasing in number geometrically these days. The reason is not that far fetched. People care for things that are sugary than the bitter ones. Good news is that diabetes is not a death warrant and there will always be a solution to it.

We need to regulate our sugar intake. Though our bodies need sugar to carry out some difficult tasks but we need to be watchful of our sugar intake. We should endeavour that whenever we take sugar, we work it out and make sure that we don't sleep so that the sugar will be utilized.


Then we need to limit the alcohol and smoking intake. These are some of the attitudes that are not really good for our health. There is nothing to gain from indulging in this. In fact, we have much to lose than to gain if engage in these acts. Alcohol is known to weaken the livers and and even destroy kidney. The same things go for smoking when it is taken without limitation.

Just like the poster also advised, we need to follow the prescription of the doctor. We need to check up our sugar level regularly and do whatever that it takes to make it reduced by following all what the doctor will recommend which may include regular exercise.
