Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It fuels you for the day, helps you stay energized and focused, and helps your metabolism function at its best. Unfortunately, many people don't eat breakfast. And that can be a problem.

1. Myth: I'm too busy to have breakfast!

2. Myth: Why would I eat something that I do not even enjoy, such oatmeal or eggs?

3. Myth: Since I'm not particularly hungry, I don't need to have breakfast.

4. Myth: Breakfast is just a meal that happens to be eaten between lunch and dinner, so it's not really important for me to eat it every day (which is true).

5. Myth: Breakfast is something that only kids and fat people eat and everyone else has their own way of eating breakfast which works just fine for them (which also isn't true).

6. Myth: Eating breakfast means being out of bed early in order to prepare yourself for your busy day (which might be true).
