If you're a business owner then you would like to employ a great employee that will benefit your business. If you're looking for a job then you want to have qualities that make you an amazing employee to your employer. They following qualities make an amazing employee.
1. Must be hardworking. You should know your job well and do it at the right time, not just that you should do it in the best way possible so as to achieve positive results.
2. Honesty. It is not a myth that everyone likes an honest person most especially if you are an employee. Because you can be trusted you will still the heart of your employer.
3. Transparency. Your boss should be able to see right through you, be a person that does not hide anything that is important from your employer.
4. Regularity and punctuality full stop to be honest no one likes a worker that comes late to work or that skip work days without prior notice. So try you best to be regular and punctual at your place of work.
5. Cheerfulness. You should not be squeezing and frowning your face every time you are working as this is not a likeable behaviour. Be cheerful and show that you really enjoy your work.

Every business and every company need amazing employees who are hardworking, honest, punctual and polite because employees are the building blocks of a business, the whole business is running with the help of employees, if there were no employees, no business could succeed.
