The workplace is place where people from different tribes, languages, personality converge daily. as such it is pertinent that staff in this place maintain decorum to avoid conflict of interest, war or outright disruptions.


So how can decorum be maintained in the workplace.

Political, Religious, and personal topics should be avoided.
Topics on the above areas bring along of conflict of interest and disagreements. These topics or areas should be avoided in the workplace for decorum.

Respect should be upheld by all
Having so many rude people around in a work place will breed high level of issues. They can't be any decorum here.

When in the office we should tone down our pitch and speak in a very polite way so that it does not disturb other coworkers. When once people behind to speak to one another in high tone temper will rise and this can't possible enhance decorum
