1.Vitamin C-rich fruit smoothie:

Combine 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 banana, and 3/4 cup of milk in a blender.
Once smooth, mix. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon and a sprinkling of coconut flakes for flavour.

2.Pumpkin spice chia seed pudding:

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons chia seeds with 2 tablespoons water and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving in place of regular pudding. Mix in 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or your favorite fall spices) before serving with maple syrup or agave nectar if desired.

3.Cucumber water:

Fill a large bowl with ice water and slice 2 cucumbers into thin half moons. Place slices in ice water for 30 minutes then drain and serve cold as an exotic beverage on its own or as part of your morning routine! You can also add honey or lemon juice to make it more sweet or sour depending on your taste buds!
