I have my personal experience of real estate business, which I am going to share here so others can get benefits from it. My first experience was when I was in 3rd year of B.Pharmacy, the money I saved from different tuitions, I used to purchase small two room house. The loan amount I was paying on installment and so finally I got that house, but due to law and order situation of that specific area I wasn't remain able to give it on rent and the final option left as I sold it but honestly speaking I didn't get any profit. So we need to purchase property in peace ful area and not in disturbed area. My second experience was when I was in gsk job, I purchased 4 room apartment in peace ful area and I given it on rent, I enjoyed getting rent for 3 years and then I sold it in marked profit.
