Being calm is always a sure way to win a dispute, you don't have to shout or argue unnecessarily, I understand it's hard to do because it's tempting to give people out piece of mind when we are angry, but it's important also to understand what is at stake and play accordingly, things can escalate and end up pretty bad.

It is important to report to the management and settle the fight amicably, there are different strategies that can be used by management to settle the fight between employees and it can be used to solve this, instead of amplifying it and losing your job in the process
