Serious crypto news broke out earlier this week, had said that India's new crypto laws would exercise tough punishments — with offenders likely to facing up to 18 months in jail and a maximum fine of $2.7m.
However, that the government was prepared to ban and prohibit "mining, holding, selling or dealing in any kind of digital currencies" —
And that those who are suspected of doing any method of crypto transactions could also end up being arrested without a warrant and held without bail.
These stern laws against crypto could eventually cripple crypto currencies generally....I think these laws continue to surface from different angles of the world, the future of all crypto currencies may be in jeopardy.
