Customer interviews are an excellent opportunity for you to learn about your customers' needs and how you can meet them. The best way to get these information is to ask questions during the interview.

The goal of your customer interviews is to find out what they want, need, or expect from your product or service. You should ask open-ended questions that allow the customer to give his or her opinion on various aspects of their lives, such as their personal experiences with your product or service.

When conducting a customer interview, it's important to remember that not every question will elicit an answer that's relevant to your business goals and objectives. If you're conducting an interview in order to gather general feedback from customers, then it's likely that they'll provide answers that don't directly relate to the problems or issues you're hoping to solve with your product or service.
