Why you need a back up business plan

When going into business and contemplating the probability of your success, there is always a need for you to analyse and see what you have on ground. In business, we are all used to the term 'business plan' and it is basically that layout of how you intend to run your business.

There are times when you have a business plan and then in the middle of executing it for the purpose of realizing the intended results, you will discover that things are not going as planned.

That leads us to reasons why you need a back up plan. A back up plan may also be called a plan B and that is an alternative route you will take to still arrive the same or nearly the same result you aimed for.

The first and most basic reason is that your plans may not work as programmed and to avoid disappointment and complete loss, you need a back up plan.
