Why you must have a grateful attitude toward your employees.

The attitude of gratefulness and commendation is admirable in an employer and it is said that an employer who shows grateful attitude towards his employees as a result of a task or duty assigned to an employee well-doned is instilling and motivating the burning flame of industriousness and hard-working within his or her employees . Employers must understand that in order to achieve business goals and objective employees do their best by investing their time , energy , knowledge , and cooperation etc to see to it that business goals and objective are accomplished . And because of this they're really must be commended for their good works .

Having a grateful attitude toward your employee builds you respect and increase in your reputation as seen in the eyes of your employees . Personally if I am being commended as a result of carrying out a particular assigned task , I feel respected , honored and important and that will instill in me the motivation to accomplish more goals . Same is applied to a commend employee . Business employers can couple their gratefulness accommodation with gifts or rewards like salary increase , cash allowances , job post promotion and other business in kinds etc . Actions like this makes order employees motivated so as to enjoy rewards like this as well .

If only some employers could do as little as appreciating their workers, then they would be amazed at the higher productivity they would attain in their businesses or organizations. Not all employers are trained or have managerial skills and even those with these skills would choose to display their level of rigidity and tyranny. Motivation is a very powerful tool in boosting the success of an organization. Appreciating your staff is not just limited to incentives or fringe benefits, it could come in different forms like; recognition, a thank you message, sponsored vacation for few days or during the holidays, award presentation and promotion amongst others. At times, employers should put themselves in the position of employees and learn to appreciate them. Inasmuch as, the customers are the live-wire of an organization, the employees are the key determinant factors whether customers retention would be enhanced or not. Employees should not be infringed upon no matter the state of the economy. Most employees leverage on their workers because of the state of the economy and they know that some employees might likely have no other alternative. You cannot expect to plant a flower, where you lack the time to water it and put some fertilizer, it would not blossom and even when it manages to, it will wither when it can no more withstand the heat.
