Sometimes the relocation of a business is not planned but rather forced by the government ,for example if a particular environment in which a businesses of various kinds are being situated was bought by the government so as to startup and sponsor a particular capital project like the construction of roads , market , airport , seaports , or possibly an industry so as to create jobs opportunity for its citizens . Business owners who own business Enterprises and commercial outlets in that area may become afraid that they may lose their various customers and clients , and also lose their reputation that they usually enjoy and preserved in such area . And they will begin to imagine how it would be for them to win over to themselves the loyalty of the various clients and customers who make up the members of the public in the new area in which they intend to relocate their various businesses to .

Another important reason why majority of business owners are afraid of relocating their business to another area is because of not being aware of the amount of competitors that they may encounter in the new area . Unknowingly for them they may end up situating their business in an area with huge amount of competitors and business rivals and this could be a huge mess up for them .

There are actually some reasons why a business owner may want to relocate his or her business elsewhere . Some of these reasons possibly include the fact that the government of the country in which the business resides possibly want to use the business area to sponsor a particular capital projects and so the government totally eradicate all houses which possibly include business structures in that area so that it could create space to contain the capital projects . Private businesses do not have power over the government because the government is assumed to be the owner of the land in which private businesses exist .
