Majority of business owners today who own and control small or large scale businesses today are fond of using fraudulent , fake , and unscrupulous ways , mediums , and systems in carrying out business dealings and doings with their various customers , clients , and consumers . It is understandable that one of the major goal and objective in a business owners mind towards his business , is to maximize and boost business income , earnings , and profits by all means , but the boosting and maximizing of business earnings , income , and profit by using fraudulent and fake systems and ways towards your customers in business dealings and doings are absolutely not advised , because the repercussions or result is absolutely devastating , remorseful , and disappointing .

It is important that business owners understand that , while the making of business earnings , income , and profit is important also the satisfaction and comfortability of your various consumers , client , and patronizers is also important and in fact the rate of how comfortable and satisfied your business patronizers are towards your business will determined the rate of potential your business will make profit . With satisfied customers, you avoid a lot of problems such as negative feedback from dissatisfied people, bad PR etc. Since satisfying customers is difficult to do, some companies tend to cut corners by selling low-quality products or by providing below-average service.

But in today's highly competitive market where everyone sells the same product or service, those who can provide excellent products and services will be the ones who will succeed. Customers are always looking for good deals and high-quality products that offer real value for their hard-earned money. One of your goals as a business owner is to build long term relationships with your clients to keep them coming back again and again.

As a business owner, your business will grow further when your end customers are happy with the products you're offering them. When the products aren't up to par, they'll definitely seek elsewhere. What I'm talking about is that, your product shouldn't be too expensive to afford, it should be affordable and made quality too. I hate being quantity over quality, quality matters in business.. it ensures it's welfare, long time operation. Because, end customers love products that are of great quality and affordable. When the price is too high above the market value or expected price tag of the products, it will definitely pursue the customers, leaving the owner with limited number of customers. It is encouraged to take some product, don't sell above the products expected price market, due to act of being greedy.
