Generally, the authority of a company gives an interview from all the present candidates and then if they find any extra-ordinary merit.
Later on, they appoint some officials to work in the company with rapt attention so that it can advance more and more. The officials also try heart and soul to grow the company. But alas! Some invisible power back the company again and again. Where is the problem? The problem lies in the officials.
They have not been trained up and whenever any customer asks for any information, they are replying error, as a result, the company receives negative features and cannot develop any more.
In this case, the manager can apply some steps. He can call a meeting every week and it is never wastage of time, rather, it will develop his skill as well as the company. What are your views?
