Why do we need investments?

Investment means putting your money into a project or a business in order to make profits, in my opinion investment is very important in every individual's financial life because it is a kind of passive income stream which can help you in long run.

There are several reasons that why do we need investments:

Early retirement is one of the reasons that people are investing their money, starting to invest at a younger age will help you generate profits in the long run and retire earlier.​

Passive income is a kind of income in which you don't need to work actively in order to earn money, by investing in something profitable like stock market and crypto market you will be able to build a passive income stream.​

Financial freedom is the biggest reason that people are investing their money, as you see most of those who achieved their financial freedoms have at least two or three big investments, whether it is stocks, crypto currencies, real estate or a business.​

As we see investment is very important in our financial lives, it is a good idea to take a portion of your income and invest it, it will help you in long run.
