No human is perfect , although sometimes we act as if we are perfect but at the end of the line we fall short as a result mistakes and hindrances etc . Most business owners , managers , and entrepreneur try their best to employ the best of employees who have acquire the requisite authority and knowledge to handle and control business-related practices and activities like accounting , bookkeeping , preparing financial records , handling of documented files etc . Whatever their job maybe , business owners should not expect perfection from their employees .

The fact of not expecting perfection from employees should be a criteria for employees to misbehave , make mistakes and errors in the course of carrying out assign task from their employer to them . They should no doubt do their best in carrying out they are signed task , they must make sure to be in the moment and not letting their mind sidetaken by worries and anxieties . The employer should also endeavour to explain a particular task to his or her employee showing him or her ways on how to perform or carry out the duties the right way , the employee on the other hand should put his ears and eyes to good use he must also ask questions in place is not properly understood in order to grasp the main points .

And this I very true again, we are all humans and no one is perfect not even the employers. But unfortunately most people can not distinguish between optimum and perfect. When one is operating at an optimum level I think that should be sufficient to meet up with set goals and objectives of an business organisation.

In a business organization there are what we map out as our goals and objectives, another as our mission and visions and all these concept always have a time bound put in place to achieve them. So what the organization does when the hire people to work for them is to get capable handles that they have treated out through several test during the interview or screening process to achieve those set goals. So in the course of operation the management will notice some level of deviations from the original objectives in the conduct of their employees at one point in time to another point. But what they can actually do to checkmate it is set rules and always try to help the employees to stay in check.

Wheneve there are deviations they can correct them from time to time unless the employees ahas goneway out of line then further disciplinary actions can be taken.
