I have noticed that the real estate rates in metro cities and popular tourist destinations are much higher than other places. Metro cities have a high population density , there are many migrants so there is a lot of demand for property. In tourist destinations, there are many hotels for tourists, so the real estate rates are higher. So real estate buyers who have a limited budget should consider these factors while investing in real estate. Are there any other reasons why the real estate rates in some places are higher than other places or why the real estate rates are likely to increase in future?
