For product and services to be regulated between retailers and wholesalers and also between manufacturers or producers there must be an individual who transports these goods or services from one chamber to another chamber. The name usually allocated to this individual is known as a supplier. Basically, a supplier is an individual who transport goods and services from where they are produced to where they are to be sold to the final consumer. The supplier carryout or delivery activities towards the process of making sure that goods and services are ready for consumption by the final consumers. Identifying a good supplier can totally be a very daunting task for a particular business organisation. First of all it is necessary for a business organisation to have a trusted and transparent supplier one who is honest and sincere in selling transported products in the exact price and amount as the normal market value price.

In order to identify a truthful and sincere supplier, the goods and services in which he or she markets to you must be registered. He or she must show you all necessary documents such as bill of lading, excise duties notes, and custom bills, that clarify that the products in which he or she supplies are legit and either locally-made or international limited, anyways that depends in your specification and on your financial capability as the business owner. Most importantly the supplier must be a sound minded individual not a lunatic as stipulated in the business law act of 1946.
