Someone on seeing the topic of this thread is willingly and readily forced to answer by saying that the business owner who own and manage the business organisation has the sole duty and objective to make business decisions . It is literally no doubt that for a particular business to survive business decisions must be able to be emanated from the business books of account . So as to know whether the business is actually in the right direction or in the parts or lane to destruction and downfall . There is actually no doubt in the fact that business decisions need to be carried out by the business owner himself or herself . But is it positive and right to say that all business decisions could be made positive and never negative by a particular business . Well it is not right and proper to say so this is because business owners are actually not perfect in them self and in one occasion or the other they will always need the advice and views of another person in order to make proper and benefiting business decisions .
Business owners can extend the act of decision making to their employees and staffs . He must make sure to listen to The opinion on how a particular business matter should be solved because a most unusual cases the ideas of the employees and staffs could actually save the business from incurring negative repercussions .
