If you break the walnut and look inside you will see it looks just like human brain. Interestingly, walnut not only looks like human brain but is also a brain food. In other words, walnuts improve brain functionality. walnuts does not control diabetes but due to low glycemic index, it is good for diabetes.

Your replies are always on point. However, if you look at your last statement, I believe that due its low glucemic index one can say it controls Diabetes without mincing word. It is a positive effects that requires such credit.
I feel that Walnuts are underrated by food nutritionist, with so many benefits, you only need to consume 1-2 walnuts per day. This should be encouraged.

Walnut has a glycemic index of 15, which means it almost does not have any sugar content. Food with low sugar content does not raise your blood sugar levels. This is safe to consume without you having to worry about your blood sugar. Instead of munching sugary snacks, you can start eating walnuts.

Wow .but I've been hearing of this walnut but i don't even know what a walnut is. If the African walnut is good in all the things that you have just mentioned above then obviously it is going to be expensive over here if a lot of people know about the real function, and I think it is not also popular here because I could have seen it.
