Even if we making lots of money and we are unable to practice money management, it will be difficult for us to not run out of cash. Because if we look at things around us and the thing we wish to have, we will see that all we earn are not enough for us to have things that we wish. Like someone that wishes to have an exotic car but don't have money to buy it or has only the money to buy it but no extra money to maintain the car. With this, it is sure that he will later go broke because he has spent all he had on the car.

But when we are able to only go for what we need and only purchase what we wish for when we have enough money for that thing and still have lots of money that remain, then are we never go broke.
