White meat are meat that gives non fatty substance in body system. The white meat are chicken meat,snails, turkeys,bush meats, and so on. All these meat can raise inside house or buy outside in the market. The physician mentioned it that all these meats are very nutritious and have good calories that is good for the development of the body,that red or black meats can cause many problems in the body, problems of cardiovascular disease and paralysis, even it can kill body cells gradually, it is advisable to go away from eating red or black meats.
