What is the purpose of communication in an irganization?

It is very safe to say that no organization can exist without communication in one firm or the other . it is rather impossible to create a scenario where an organization continuous to exist and survive without linkage with all its stakeholders.

A situation whereby employees don't know what their associates are doing, where management cannot give instructions,where suppliers don't receive responses to their letters can only belong to the ream of imaginings.

Communication as the means by which people are linked together in an organization to achieve a common purpose.

The inference to be drawn from this ; is that the corporate existence if an enterprise would be difficult to achieve not think of effecting change as may be necessary from time to time. To a very large extent the purpose of communication is to effect change,to shift from a position which has been injurious to the health of an organization to another one which will help it grow tremendously

Management needs effective communication for the success of the organization. There is always hierarchy in organizations and there is need for effective communication among and between each level of hierarchy in order to enhance the growth of the organization. Effective communication will enable the organization to quickly realize the problem at each hierarchy.

Definitely no business venture or organisation can exist and succeed without proper communication among the stakeholders of such businesses and even the workers. communication enhances the linkage between the stakeholders and the workers and also gives the opportunity for effective information dissemination. Communication is undoubtedly, very important and necessary in any business venture.

Communication plays a vital role in any business or any organization. Bosses holds meetings with themselves, bosses holds conversation with their workers.....So communication is a form of necessity in any organization, cos through communication, opinions would be heard and through that reformation may occur, so I think communication should not be overlooked in a business environment.

It is actually true that no business organisation can be able to survive long or achieve its long-term goals without proper and effective communication. I believe that every well meaning business has goals that they want to achieve and with regular communication between coworkers they can get even closer to achieving those dreams.
