A total of 1,000,000,000 OLE were minted and will be vested over a five-year period beginning on the date OLE becomes transferable. After five years, a maximum perpetual inflation rate of 3.00 percent per year will increase the supply of OLE, ensuring that the community has the resources to continue contributing to the protocol. Approximately 4.6 percent of the OLE supply will be liquid when it becomes transferable.
