It is always a nice day in when an individual has a career or job, have you taken your job simply means that you want to make ends meet and want to cut out for your needs and that of your family including those who you love. However, in the process of performing roles and responsibilities in our various career and jobs, many individuals tend to overwork themselves can this bring to themselves dehumanizing health effects. For example One dehumanizing health effects of being overworked is burnout, stress, and fatigue. Dehumanizing health effects like the ones listed above accidentally lead to other health problems. Such as heart failure, kidney disease, premature ageing, and premature death. Basically an individual should control how he or she works and make sure that he or she works on a balanced view of working status.

To control the amount of working activities that you carried out in order not to bring to yourself dehumanizing health effect, you can obviously speak to your employer to help you reduce your workload thereby giving to her reasonable reasons why this should be so. If you are a business owner of a business manager who carry out self-employed businesses, you could equally employ the service of another who can help you from time to time the former business activities, this in turn will cut down the workload involved in carrying out such self-employed business. Thereby giving me time to focus on other health-related activities.
